"The Guitar Drop" - Downtown Nashville, 12/31/09

*BAM*! I'm back. Miss me? Of course you did, wall. Oh excuse me, that's Mr. Blank Wall. ;) Anyways, let me first apologize for the delay in posting. I could say my recent absence was due to an overwhelming amount of partying & down right trouble making but, we know that just couldn't be true. Who me? Seriously. Get real! In actuality, I just haven't had the desire to sit down and type into cyberspace. But, I finally decided it was time. Alright, I almost don't want to say this because it's so belated that it is ridiculous but, tradition...I guess. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Graduating Class of 2010, baby!! I can't wait. Seriously, high school is past overrated. Post-high school experiences lie ahead of me and I don't plan on looking back 10 years from now wishing I could go back. Don't get me wrong, I've had some great times in high school and made some awesome memories. I just feel that too many people get caught up with a skewed view of 'how things used to be' and lose sight of how much they're currently blessed with. Not I! I have high hopes for 2010 and you (the blank wall) should too. So, what have I been up to?
For New Years Eve my family went downtown for the first annual, "Guitar Drop" at Hard Rock (similar to New York's celebration...expect you know...better...HA). Really though, it was pretty fun. It was exactly ten years ago that we were spending our first New Year in Tennessee so that's cool. Mostly, I've just been enjoying what is left of my break, working, basking in the glory that my team (Alabama) took home their 13th National Title, and straight up chillin'. Well, that's all the time I have for now. I hope everyone is having a great new year and I wish you all the best. Stay tuned as I promise to start back up with the regular posts. Expect the first VOTW of 2010 sometime this week. Also, I'm on Tumblr, again. I'll be posting videos, photos, and other media that doesn't make it to this site. Sweet? Duh. K, bye. What? I don't end posts that way. Geez, 2010 is weird.
